We are so excited you have decided to create something wonderful at Sew-Clusion Retreats! Please review our policies below and fill out our electronic reservation request form. Once we receive your request, we will contact you to confirm your desired reservation date. You can also request a reservation form by email or phone and mail it to us when completed, if desired.
BOOKING DEPOSITS
A $100 per person non-refundable booking deposit and written reservation form is required with each reservation. Deposits and forms must be received within 10 days of booking a reservation to secure your reservation date(s). Booking deposits can be made by check or by credit card through this website and will be credited towards your final invoice.
FINAL PAYMENTS:
The total balance due for each reservation will be invoiced 45-60 days prior via email to each guests. All balances due must be paid in full by cash, check, or money order to Sew-Clusion Retreats, LLC NO LATER THAN 30 days prior to arrival. Failure to make final payments when due will result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of deposits.
CANCELLATIONS:
We realize emergencies and illness can occur unexpectedly, however, please realize this often leaves a space that cannot be filled as well as obligated expenses which cannot be recaptured. Therefore, there will be absolutely no refunds of any kind due to cancellations within 45 days of arrival nor for any early departures. If you find yourself in these situations, please try to find your own substitute guest/roommate. Substitutes will be allowed if notification is provided in writing and approved however, any and all payments or other private arrangements must be made solely between the guests/roommates and at the discretion and responsibility of the originally booked guest or roommate. You are required to pay the full nightly rate based on the number of nights you reserved, even if you arrive late or depart earlier than the reserved days. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with this regard.
Cancellations made prior to 60 days of arrival will be refunded, minus any non-refundable booking deposits. Any pre-arranged additional or optional services (such as food, rentals, workshops, lectures, etc.) must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival and are non-refundable. In the rare cases of extreme inclement weather, we will work with you whenever possible to adjust your check in and/or check out dates and times to accommodate your traveling safety. Only one postponement/rescheduling/date change per group or individual may be made up to 60 days prior to arrival and the new reservation must be within 10 months of the originally scheduled arrival date.

It is the guest and/or Group Coordinator's responsibility to ensure that a cancellation notice has been received in a timely fashion.
CHECK-IN is NO EARLIER than 2pm - No Early Birds Please! We know you are excited to begin your retreat but we kindly ask that you respect the 2pm check-in time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
CHECK-OUT of your rooms is 10am! Guests may remain in the Workshop or on the grounds until no later than 12 noon on check out day. We do ask however, that all personal belongings be removed from your rooms prior to 10am so staff may begin preparing for their next guests.
