We are so excited you have decided to create something wonderful at Sew-Clusion Retreats! Please review our policies below and fill out our electronic reservation request form. Once we receive your request, we will contact you to confirm your desired reservation date.
A $50 per person non-refundable booking deposit and written reservation form is required with each reservation. Deposits and forms must be received within 10 days of booking a reservation to secure your reservation date(s). Booking deposits can be made by check or by credit card through this website and will be credited towards your final invoice.
The total balance due per person for accommodations will be invoiced via U.S. mail and must be paid by cash, check, or money order to Sew-Clusion Retreats, LLC at least 30 days prior to arrival. Failure to make final payments when due will result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of deposits.
We realize emergencies and illness can occur, however, please realize this can leave a space that cannot be filled. Therefore, there will be absolutely no refunds of any kind due to cancellations within 45 days of arrival nor for any early departures. In these situations, please try to find your own substitute guest. Substitute guests will be allowed however, any and all payments or other private arrangements must be made solely between the guests and at the discretion and responsibility of the originally booked guest or group coordinator. If you are part of a group, you are required to pay the full nightly rate based on the number of nights the group has reserved, even if you arrive or depart prior to the groups reserved times. A group minimum rate for 6 must be met at all times during the reserved time.
Cancellations made prior to 60 days of arrival will be refunded, minus the $50/pp non-refundable booking deposit. Any pre-arranged additional or optional services (such as food, rentals or spa services) must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival and are non-refundable. In the rare cases of extreme inclement weather, we will work with you whenever possible to adjust your check in and/or check out dates and times to accommodate your traveling safety.

It is the guest and/or group coordinator's responsibility to ensure that a cancellation notice has been received in a timely fashion.

Unless other prior arrangements have been made, Checked-out guests may remain in the Workshop or on the grounds until no later than 12 noon on check out day. All personal belongings however, must be removed from the bed and bathrooms prior to the 10am check-out deadline.
